In classes where VOXI is active, VOXI accompanies the learning process while the teacher runs the lesson. When enough evidence of participation has formed, X-Ray produces observations about your strengths and the skills you need to work on.
When the lesson context and your learning records match, you can return, through one-to-one review with VOXI, to the topic you worked on with your teacher. Lesson and skill records contribute to your personal learning path. Language Brain and VOXI shape the next study priorities from this learning history. Each session does not produce a definitive level measurement or a certificate result.

Use, in your own sentences, the topic you studied with your teacher.
Your teacher may assign homework tied to the lesson material or focused on a skill. Speaking and spoken response, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar work connect to the same learning routine.
In the student app you see the work assigned to you and complete it. Teacher feedback and suitable work samples contribute to the learning records and the language file that make your progress visible.

ICS Language Portfolio
See not only the lessons you finished, but also what you can do with the language. In the Journey area of the student panel, your language history, your skill work, and your portfolio come together.
The Language Passport, the Language Biography, and the Dossier — that is, your work file — show the learning journey from different angles. The PDF portfolio helps you look at your accumulated work and your current learning records together.

“What can I do now?”
Can Do statements turn learning goals into an everyday skill. In suitable age groups you assess your own learning by saying "I can", "Partly", or "Not yet".

Your self-assessment, the teacher's observation, and evidence of study are different records. Your own statement alone is not a verified CEFR level or a certificate. The Can Do self-assessment is offered in suitable programs for ages 11 and over.
05 · CERTIFICATE AND VERIFICATION
Verify the record of your certificate.
The QR code or the verification link of the edited ICS certificates in the portfolio serves to check the related document record.
A portfolio is a living learning file; a certificate is a separate document with its own assessment and issuing conditions. LIVE membership, lesson attendance, or a Can Do self-assessment does not create a certificate automatically.

In general language learning, reading, listening, writing, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary work move forward together. For teens and adults, levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2 in 37 languages sit inside this learning frame.
Language Brain links the level and learning history of the language you choose to your personal plan. Your progress in English does not stand in for your level in German; each language has its own start and its own development.

How do the LIVE class and VOXI access come together?
Throughout your LIVE subscription, ICS VOXI Premium is opened as well. The existing language, module, and use entitlements of VOXI Premium apply unchanged for LIVE participants; your Premium access continues for the length of your LIVE subscription. Activating a learning language in VOXI is not enrollment in a LIVE class in that language. Your live-lesson entitlements depend on the LIVE education package you choose; your digital-learning entitlements depend on the existing VOXI Premium conditions.

How many people at most are there in group lessons?
LIVE FLEX and teacher-led exam groups have at most 6 people. The actual number of participants in the class may be lower. This upper limit is planned for teacher interaction and feedback; one-to-one private lessons are a separate teaching path.
What kind of training does ICS LIVE offer?
Live online language and exam-preparation lessons with real teachers. In class you speak, ask questions, and receive feedback. The schedule and the group options that will open are clarified before enrollment.
Is ICS VOXI only lesson review?
No. VOXI is an independent learning platform with the areas General Language Academy, Language Brain and the personal plan, Skills For You, speaking and Voice Club, Game Club, Exam Academy, and Professional Academy. It can also be used together with LIVE lessons.
Is there VOXI Premium in my LIVE membership?
Yes. Throughout your LIVE subscription, ICS VOXI Premium is included as well. VOXI Premium’s existing language, module, and usage entitlements apply unchanged. Digital Premium access continues for the term of your LIVE subscription; joining teacher-led classes is set by the LIVE package you choose.
Does opening another language in VOXI also open the LIVE class?
No. Digital language access and the entitlement to a teacher-led class are separate. LIVE participation depends on the entitlements in your package, your level in the relevant language, and the groups that open. VOXI areas are also offered according to membership, language, and age scope.
Is the one-to-one lesson separate?
Yes. FLEX group membership is separate. The 25-minute speaking practice is offered as a subscription with a weekly entitlement; the 50-minute private lesson for a language, exam, or professional goal is offered in packages of 12, 24, or 48 lessons.
Will my child use ICS Kids or VOXI?
Build a weekly private-lesson routine for your child. Choose 25-minute speaking practice or 50-minute work towards language, school or exam goals. Add social practice through teacher-led clubs planned for their age and level; children do not automatically join adult sessions. 3–14: ICS Kids · 15–18: ICS VOXI.
Does the level assessment issue an official document?
The short online test offers a written preliminary assessment based on grammar, vocabulary, and reading answers. It does not measure speaking and listening skills; it does not provide an official language certificate or automatic class access.
What happens when you send a pre-registration request?
Your education advisor gives information about the program, the groups that will open, and what the package includes. Sending the form is not a confirmed enrollment or a payment.
How much are FLEX packages?

Can I change my second live language?
Yes. You may request a planned switch 30 days after activation or the last switch. A completed, verified learning stage can also be reviewed for a switch; finishing a whole level is not always required. Confirm the new timetable and starting level, and resolve future bookings in the previous language under the cancellation rules. A calendar filter does not change your entitlement.
What if the language is not right for me?
For each of your first two included language selections, you may request one adjustment within the first 7 days after attending no more than 2 curriculum classes. The replacement language does not restart this allowance. Discuss health, work or timetable issues with your adviser. Changes to your primary learning language are also reviewed with an adviser.
Can I keep the previous language active too?
Two live languages are included. Keeping the previous language while studying a third or further live language requires an additional live-language entitlement. Switching does not extend your subscription. Multilingual learning within VOXI Premium continues separately.
What happens to certificates and progress when I switch?
A program completion certificate requires verified learning outcomes and assessments. An unfinished level does not earn a completion certificate; class and assessment evidence remains in your portfolio. If you return, previous work is reviewed to plan remaining needs. This is separate from the ICS Global Language Certificate, which has its own assessment requirements.
