Share the skill you want to develop in general language, your exam, or your professional need. The lesson plan is built from your starting level and your goal.

Explore profiles and choose your tutor
In your account, review eligible tutors’ photos, approved introductions, experience and capabilities. Compare available times and book using your package’s 25- or 50-minute rights. Add favourites and continue with them when available.

Carry on with homework and VOXI
Finish the assigned work, review in the VOXI/Kids areas that fit your age and your program, and return to the point you will develop in the next lesson.
To cancel without losing the entitlement, cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. A booking cancelled after that time, or not attended without being cancelled, is deducted from the relevant lesson entitlement; no further lesson or make-up entitlement arises for that booking. Cancellations that originate with the provider, rights arising from legislation, and accepted exceptions remain reserved.

The package is a lesson count; it is not a 1/3/12-month subscription. The number of lessons needed varies with language level and goal; a CEFR increase or an exam result is not guaranteed at a set lesson count. A booking can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation, absence without an excuse, and end-of-term conditions are explained in the contract; make-up caused by the provider and statutory rights are preserved.

In classes where VOXI is active, VOXI accompanies the learning process while the teacher runs the lesson. When enough evidence of participation has formed, X-Ray produces observations about your strengths and the skills you need to work on.
When the lesson context and your learning records match, you can return, through one-to-one review with VOXI, to the topic you worked on with your teacher. Lesson and skill records contribute to your personal learning path. Language Brain and VOXI shape the next study priorities from this learning history. Each session does not produce a definitive level measurement or a certificate result.

03 · HOMEWORK LINKED WITH YOUR TEACHER
Use, in your own sentences, the topic you studied with your teacher.
Your teacher may assign homework tied to the lesson material or focused on a skill. Speaking and spoken response, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar work connect to the same learning routine.
In the student app you see the work assigned to you and complete it. Teacher feedback and suitable work samples contribute to the learning records and the language file that make your progress visible.

ICS Language Portfolio
See not only the lessons you finished, but also what you can do with the language. In the Journey area of the student panel, your language history, your skill work, and your portfolio come together.
The Language Passport, the Language Biography, and the Dossier — that is, your work file — show the learning journey from different angles. The PDF portfolio helps you look at your accumulated work and your current learning records together.

“What can I do now?”
Can Do statements turn learning goals into an everyday skill. In suitable age groups you assess your own learning by saying "I can", "Partly", or "Not yet".

Your self-assessment, the teacher's observation, and evidence of study are different records. Your own statement alone is not a verified CEFR level or a certificate. The Can Do self-assessment is offered in suitable programs for ages 11 and over.
05 · CERTIFICATE AND VERIFICATION
Verify the record of your certificate.
The QR code or the verification link of the edited ICS certificates in the portfolio serves to check the related document record.
A portfolio is a living learning file; a certificate is a separate document with its own assessment and issuing conditions. LIVE membership, lesson attendance, or a Can Do self-assessment does not create a certificate automatically.

ICS VOXI is an AI-supported platform that brings general language, skill development, speaking, clubs, exam preparation, and professional learning together in a personal journey. In teen and adult learning it offers an A1–C2 journey in 37 languages. It is a learning experience in its own right; you can also use it together with your LIVE lessons.

The FLEX difference
There is no group booking entitlement in this package.
Throughout your LIVE subscription, ICS VOXI Premium is opened as well. The existing language, module, and use entitlements of VOXI Premium apply unchanged for LIVE participants; your Premium access continues for the length of your LIVE subscription. Activating a learning language in VOXI is not enrollment in a LIVE class in that language. Your live-lesson entitlements depend on the LIVE education package you choose; your digital-learning entitlements depend on the existing VOXI Premium conditions.
