Information to be shown before the order
The selected program and language or age group; the FLEX access scope, the exam or professional group name and calendar, or the one-to-one teacher type and weekly lesson entitlement; the subscription start and end, the price including all taxes, the list price and discount, the payment plan, and the included Premium type are shown in the personal order summary. This general page does not replace the amounts and dates specific to the order.
LIVE training types and digital access
New FLEX packages include curriculum classes and teacher-led speaking clubs in two selected LIVE languages at a time. The included second language can be activated later; third and further simultaneous LIVE languages require an extra purchase. Language changes follow the published change policy and verified account rights, not unlimited daily switching. Open curriculum classes at the separately assessed language level and one level below are eligible; deeper specific lessons require verified-gap authorization. Higher levels do not open automatically. Clubs are separated by language, age and A1–A2/B1–B2/C1–C2 bands. Timetable, capacity and booking rules apply; hourly classes are not guaranteed. Previously purchased contractual rights are preserved.
Teacher-led exam preparation is class teaching tied to a specific exam group opened for enrollment, held on days and times set in advance. The exam type, the starting condition, the group, the number of lessons, and the calendar are shown separately in the order summary. FLEX membership or digital Exam Academy access does not enroll you in this group automatically.
25-minute speaking practice is a separate 1-, 3- or 12-month package with 1, 2 or 4 lessons per week and your selected Turkish or foreign teacher preference. Goal-oriented 50-minute private lessons are separate packages of 12, 24 or 48 lessons for language, exam or professional goals, with maximum use periods of 6, 12 or 24 weeks respectively. The teacher match, language, professional goal and booking arrangements are clarified before enrollment. Any professional group course is defined separately with its own CEFR requirements, curriculum and fixed timetable.
Throughout the LIVE subscription, ICS VOXI Premium or ICS Kids Premium entitlements suited to the age and the program are included as well. The existing Premium conditions of use, session, age, language, and module apply. Access to the digital platform and the entitlement to a real teacher-led class or one-to-one lesson are defined separately. Digital access included in the subscription does not replace a separately purchased independent subscription.
One-to-one entitlements, booking, and period of use
25-minute speaking practice is a 1/3/12-month subscription model with a weekly entitlement. The 50-minute goal-focused private lesson is a separate package based on a lesson count: 12 lessons 29,988 TRY (2,499 TRY per lesson, maximum 6 weeks), 24 lessons 47,976 TRY (1,999 TRY per lesson, maximum 12 weeks), 48 lessons 71,952 TRY (1,499 TRY per lesson, maximum 24 weeks). The price structure is the same for children and adults; a teacher and a lesson plan suited to the age are applied.
In the 50-minute package, 12 lessons are a single payment with no installments; 24 lessons are offered on eligible credit cards in up to 3 installments at the cash price, and 48 lessons in up to 6 installments at the cash price. These installment conditions are not mixed with the term conditions of the 25-minute monthly packages.
If the student cancels a booked lesson at least 24 hours before it starts, the lesson entitlement is not deducted for that booking; rebooking is made within the validity of the package. A booking cancelled with less than 24 hours remaining, or not attended without a prior cancellation, is deducted from the relevant lesson entitlement and does not by itself create an extra lesson or make-up right for the same booking. Rights arising from legislation and justified exceptions accepted by the provider are reserved.
Unused entitlements within the stated maximum validity of the 50-minute package do not carry to the next period; the mere fact that they were unused does not by itself create a right to an extra lesson, an extension, or a refund. Cancellations and delays caused by the provider or the teacher do not consume the student’s period of use or entitlement; the required make-up or extension of time, and statutory rights, are preserved.
The weekly lesson entitlement applies to the weekly period stated at the start of the package. A weekly entitlement the student does not use does not carry to the next week or to the next subscription period; it cannot be accumulated or transferred to another person. A monthly package does not create a promise of an extra lesson total independent of the number of weeks in the calendar month; the weekly periods are stated in the order summary.
The rules on booking, changes, student cancellation, and not attending a lesson are presented clearly before payment. In a cancellation that originates with the teacher or the provider, a lesson that is not performed, a defective service, or a technical service defect, the consumer’s rights to a remedy, an extension of time, and a statutory refund are preserved; a ban on weekly carry-over does not remove these rights.
Duration, fee, and payment
The program’s total price including all taxes, any list price and term discount, the subscription period, the weekly entitlements, or the group-lesson plan are shown in a lasting way before the order. The monthly equivalent is comparison information; by itself it is not a monthly collection or an independent promise of monthly termination.
In card payment with PayTR, the 1-month package is a single payment. On eligible credit cards of partner banks, the 3-month package is offered in up to 3 installments at the cash price, and the annual package in up to 6 installments at the cash price. Your card’s eligibility and the options are determined at the payment step. An installment surcharge is not added later to the at-cash-price options.
Your card’s installment plan and the term of the education subscription are separate matters. Sending an offer, an application form, or a chat does not by itself create a payment, an enrollment, or a lesson place. Fee and contract approvals are taken separately; if there are renewal or collection conditions, they are notified in advance, and a new paid period is not started without the required explicit approval.
Delivery of the service, technical conditions, and the end of the term
After payment and enrollment are confirmed, account and access setup, the program start, and first-lesson information are notified within the scope of the order. An automatic lesson start is not promised before the group calendar or the teacher match is settled. The lesson calendar is followed in the student app.
Online lessons require a suitable device, an up-to-date browser or app, an internet connection, and a microphone and camera when needed. Interruptions and cancellations that originate with the provider are assessed separately. If a lesson recording will be kept, its purpose, access, and retention scope are explained in advance; it is not assumed that every session is recorded.
In the 50-minute package, included VOXI or Kids Premium access is provided throughout the stated validity of the package; if there is also a separately paid independent digital subscription, its own terms are preserved. At the end of the period, LIVE lesson participation and the included Premium access tied to this subscription end; if another membership is still valid, its own entitlements are preserved. Retention or deletion of learning records is subject to privacy and legislative conditions separately from the access period.
Statutory withdrawal, early performance, and defective service
In distance service contracts, the consumer as a rule has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date the contract is formed, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. Notice of withdrawal may be given in writing or by a durable medium such as email; using only one particular form is not required in order to apply.
Exceptions relating to the service starting before the statutory withdrawal period ends, and to services performed in an electronic environment, are assessed according to the nature of the service, the prior information, and the separate approvals the legislation requires. An application form, a KVKK checkbox, the opening of the account, or Premium access by itself is not treated as an automatic and unlimited loss of the right of withdrawal for the whole package.
In service contracts where the statutory right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the refund is made within the legal period from the arrival of the notice (as a rule, 14 days), in a manner suited to the payment instrument used and without an extra cost to the consumer. In a defective or unperformed service, the consumer’s statutory choice rights are preserved separately. Ordinary early-termination deductions are not applied automatically to these cases.
List price, duration discount, and the calculation of ordinary early termination
Separately from statutory withdrawal and from claims for a defective or unperformed service, in an ordinary early ending of a discounted package the account of the service provided is shown in detail from the list unit prices of the relevant package or lesson that were explained and accepted on the purchase date, the service actually provided, and the contract terms that are legally valid. A list price increased later is not applied retroactively.
Recalculation from the list price does not mean that in every case the whole amount paid will be deducted or that unused lessons will be deemed delivered. If there is a clawback of a commitment or a discount, it is made only in the cases and within the caps the legislation allows; to the extent it can be applied, the discounts or benefits provided are compared with the price of the remaining period, and the legal limit that favors the consumer is taken as the basis. A general and unconditional penalty deduction is not imposed.
In the account statement, the amount paid, the service provided, the applicable unit price, and the legal set-offs are shown separately. The refund is determined by deducting from the amount paid the earned amount that can legally be set off; the price of a service not yet provided is refunded in accordance with the legislation. If the relevant subscription terms apply, termination is carried out within 7 days at the latest; the price of the unprovided service is refunded within 15 days of the termination date at the latest. More favorable or special mandatory periods are reserved.
For VOXI or Kids Premium included in or given with the LIVE subscription, a separate list price is not produced afterwards and a further refund deduction is not made. The performance criteria of general-language FLEX access, of a fixed exam group, and of a weekly one-to-one package differ; the calculation method of one is not applied to another without explanation.
Application, support and dispute
You can send a request for enrollment, withdrawal, termination, or a refund to [email protected] or [email protected]. For the request, state the account or order information and a contact address where you can be reached; do not send the full card number or the security code. Phone and WhatsApp conversations are for support; you can also send a lasting record of your request by email.
The consumer may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court according to the nature of the dispute and the current monetary jurisdiction limits; mediation provisions that must be applied remain reserved. The consumer’s legally competent places of application are not limited to Antalya alone.
