These conditions explain the services offered through ICS English LIVE. The selected program, the start date, the entitlements, and the fee are considered together with the personal order summary. Mandatory consumer and personal-data provisions remain reserved.

LIVE offers online teaching with a real teacher. VOXI and Kids digital learning areas have functions separate from this service. Explanations on the main site that concern only the artificial-intelligence experience do not apply in place of teacher-led LIVE lessons.

In an application or chat, name, phone, email, target language or program, and, for an organizational application, organization and team information may be processed; once enrolled, account, age group or parent, subscription, calendar, attendance, homework, progress, assessment, and necessary transaction and security records may be processed. The purposes are responding to the request, education, teacher matching, personalization, support, payment, and legal obligations.

In the live lesson, audio and image are transmitted in order to run your session. The recording and analysis scope of features such as a spoken assignment, a speaking assessment, or an organization-proctored exam is explained separately before the relevant transaction. No general promise is made that no audio or image is ever stored, or that every lesson is recorded.

Authorized education and support staff, the necessary teachers, and contracted providers of hosting, authentication, realtime communication, security, AI and voice, and notification services may process data only to the extent the relevant transaction requires. The current providers and the details of the features used are assessed together with the privacy text of the main site and the relevant in-app notices.

LIVE card payment is set up to run through PayTR; the full card number and the security code are not written into the LIVE application form or the chat. The main site’s Paddle payment explanation does not apply as such to these LIVE PayTR transactions.

Where a transfer abroad is required, the transfer conditions in KVKK and in the applicable legislation must be met. The transfer mechanism to be applied for the relevant service, the data categories, and the recipient groups are determined in line with the scope of the transaction.

For children’s enrollment and services, the relationship with the parent or legal representative and age-appropriate access are the basis. Organization officials may access employee or candidate results only within the defined corporate scope and with a legal basis. The registered proctoring scope of ICS GLC and the data-processing notice are provided separately.

Using training and assessment data for marketing is not included on its own in the service consent. Optional commercial messages and measurement preferences are managed separately.

Data are kept only for the periods required by the processing purpose and mandated by legislation; authorized access and suitable technical and administrative measures are applied. The end of your subscription does not mean that all accounting and statutory records are deleted at once. Unnecessary data are not kept.
