Within Premium you also work in open Exam Academy areas suited to your age, your learning language, and your CEFR level. Digital exam preparation is not automatic enrollment in a separate teacher-led exam course or in an official exam.

Return on your own schedule to VOXI’s 24/7 digital learning areas. Use speaking, Voice Club, games, and skill experiences together with your professional and exam goals; the existing Premium usage and session conditions apply.
The scope of the catalog does not mean that every specialty is open at once in every language and at every level. Professional digital access is not a separate teacher-led professional class enrollment; LIVE and VOXI permissions are kept separate.

Explore profiles and choose your tutor
In your account, review eligible tutors’ photos, approved introductions, experience and capabilities. Compare available times and book using your package’s 25- or 50-minute rights. Add favourites and continue with them when available.

25 / 50 minutes
Set aside regular time for speaking practice in 25 minutes. In the 50-minute private lesson, work in a planned way for your language, exam, or professional goal. Move forward on the same package prices, with a suitable teacher match for children and adults.

Carry on with homework and VOXI
Finish the assigned work, review in the VOXI/Kids areas that fit your age and your program, and return to the point you will develop in the next lesson.
To cancel without losing the entitlement, cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the lesson starts. A booking cancelled after that time, or not attended without being cancelled, is deducted from the relevant lesson entitlement; no further lesson or make-up entitlement arises for that booking. Cancellations that originate with the provider, rights arising from legislation, and accepted exceptions remain reserved.

The number of lessons needed varies with language level and goal; a CEFR increase or an exam result is not guaranteed at a set lesson count. A booking can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation, absence without an excuse, and end-of-term conditions are explained in the contract; make-up caused by the provider and statutory rights are preserved.
