Do you understand but find speaking difficult? Work on gaps with VOXI and choose practice in teacher-led live clubs open to international participation.
Live clubs are planned in A1–A2, B1–B2 and C1–C2 bands. Confirm the opening language, band, times and package scope before enrolment. VOXI speaking practice is available 24/7, separately from scheduled teacher-led clubs.

Can I change my second live language?+
Yes. You may request a planned switch 30 days after activation or the last switch. A completed, verified learning stage can also be reviewed for a switch; finishing a whole level is not always required. Confirm the new timetable and starting level, and resolve future bookings in the previous language under the cancellation rules. A calendar filter does not change your entitlement.
What if the language is not right for me?+
For each of your first two included language selections, you may request one adjustment within the first 7 days after attending no more than 2 curriculum classes. The replacement language does not restart this allowance. Discuss health, work or timetable issues with your adviser. Changes to your primary learning language are also reviewed with an adviser.
Can I keep the previous language active too?+
Two live languages are included. Keeping the previous language while studying a third or further live language requires an additional live-language entitlement. Switching does not extend your subscription. Multilingual learning within VOXI Premium continues separately.
What happens to certificates and progress when I switch?+
A program completion certificate requires verified learning outcomes and assessments. An unfinished level does not earn a completion certificate; class and assessment evidence remains in your portfolio. If you return, previous work is reviewed to plan remaining needs. This is separate from the ICS Global Language Certificate, which has its own assessment requirements.

Individual voice learning with VOXI and Voice Club experiences put speaking at the center of the learning journey. Speaking activities and live teacher-led LIVE classes are different experiences.
In individual work, spoken response and feedback come forward; in the club experience, communication around a topic comes forward. Speaking clubs move in the bands A1–A2, B1–B2, and C1–C2. The sessions you can use are offered according to your age group and the access scope on your account.
Don't just know the language, use it inside the game.
Game Club joins language skills such as recalling a word, choosing the right sentence, and understanding what you hear with a game experience. The aim is for you to use the language you are studying again in a different setting.
Games and gamified progress are part of the personal learning setup. The game types offered in your account and the conditions for joining change according to your age and your membership.
From your general language level to your exam goal.
Exam Academy is an area for exam-specific tasks, skill work, and assessment. It does not take the place of a general language level test, or of a mock for IELTS or another exam.
In the LIVE exam program your teacher guides you through the Foundation, Core, and Target stages. In VOXI Exam Academy you can continue your preparation with the exam work open on your account. Digital exam access and teacher-led course enrollment are separate entitlements.
Professional Academy is a separate learning area designed for working, through tasks and scenarios, on the language used in healthcare, aviation, tourism, and other professional fields.
In a catalog of 37 sectors, 191 specialties, and 10 teaching languages, you work with professional tasks and interview simulations suited to your language and CEFR level. The sector, specialty, language, and usage conditions that apply in VOXI Premium are the same for LIVE participants. Digital professional learning does not mean enrollment in a teacher-led professional course.
Your personal learning plan takes shape around the language you choose, your current level, the work you do, and your goals. The different areas of VOXI are not disconnected activities; they are parts of the same learning journey.

How do the LIVE class and VOXI access come together?
Throughout your LIVE subscription, ICS VOXI Premium is opened as well. The existing language, module, and use entitlements of VOXI Premium apply unchanged for LIVE participants; your Premium access continues for the length of your LIVE subscription. Activating a learning language in VOXI is not enrollment in a LIVE class in that language. Your live-lesson entitlements depend on the LIVE education package you choose; your digital-learning entitlements depend on the existing VOXI Premium conditions.
