Data may be collected electronically or through the relevant communication channels via the website application or chat, phone or email, the account or student app, teacher-led lessons, homework, assessment, and payment notices. Identity and contact data, the parent and organization relationship, education and progress, transaction security, and limited payment and subscription information are processed only as limited to the relevant service.

Conditions under KVKK Article 5, such as handling the request and forming or performing the contract, obligations arising from legislation, establishing, exercising, or protecting a right, and legitimate interest provided that fundamental rights are not harmed, are assessed separately for the concrete transaction. Where explicit consent is required for an optional transaction, separate consent is obtained; reading the notice is not treated as blanket explicit consent.

The purposes are communication, teaching and teacher matching, membership/participation, homework/progress/portfolio, suitable personalization, payment/support, and security. Additional processing purposes relating to voice, image, and proctored assessment are notified separately in the relevant feature.

Transfer may occur, to the extent necessary, to authorized teaching and operations units the service requires, teachers, contracted technical service providers, PayTR, and legally authorized public institutions. Corporate reporting is limited solely to the organization’s authorized scope.

If there is a transfer abroad, the current conditions and safeguards under KVKK Article 9 are provided separately. The retention period is set according to the purpose and legal obligations; data whose period has ended are taken into the relevant destruction processes.

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data are being processed, to request information, to learn about use in line with the purpose and about the recipients, to request correction, to request erasure or destruction when the conditions are met and notification of the recipients, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Applications are assessed within the procedures and periods in the legislation, as a rule within 30 days at the latest. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or special-category data.
